After addi­tio­nal exten­si­on of the hea­ting and air con­di­tio­ning sys­tem, as well as water instal­la­ti­ons, inte­ri­or finis­hing, final pain­ting work, final clea­ning and gar­den main­ten­an­ce, the new ten­ant can move in.
